How cost is calculated
Formula
Volumetric weight = Length × Width × Height (cm) / 5000
The billable weight is whichever is greater: actual or volumetric — always rounded up to the next whole kg.
Example
A parcel 30 × 20 × 15 cm, weight 1.5 kg. Volumetric weight = 30 × 20 × 15 / 5000 = 1.8 kg, rounded up to 2 kg. You pay for 2 kg.
